Our standard Virtual Office packages (Sofia Launchpad and Remote Operator) operate on their respective recurring terms (monthly or annually) and you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Note that removing your legal address will require you to register a new one with the commercial register to remain compliant.

Yes. There is a one-time onboarding fee for accounting to cover the initial review of your company documents, prior-period reconciliation if applicable, and NRA registration setup. This is quoted separately from the monthly subscription.
