Pricing Plans for Bulgaria Business Services

The fee covers all mandatory state registry fees, notary fees for the power of attorney, preparation of bilingual incorporation documents, and mapping of your EIC (company number). Government fees and bank charges are always listed separately.

Standard registration takes 7–10 business days from the moment your documents are signed and submitted. The setup is remote — no relocation needed; your documents are notarised at a Bulgarian embassy/consulate in your country, or during a short 2–3 day Sofia trip.

The process is remote — you never need to relocate. One step requires action on your side: the incorporation documents we prepare must be signed and notarised, either at a Bulgarian embassy or consulate in your country (then scanned and sent to us), or in person during a short 2–3 day trip to Sofia, where we accompany you to the notary (recommended — you can also obtain your Bulgarian e-signature).

EOOD is a single-member LLC and the most common choice for solo founders. OOD is the multi-member equivalent. DPK (Variable Capital Company) is a newer structure offering more flexibility for startups and investors. We can advise on the right fit during onboarding.

We work with EU-licensed banking partners and EMIs that accept remote onboarding. Our Banking Assistance service prepares your full KYC document pack and makes warm introductions to our vetted banking partners, significantly increasing your approval rate.

Yes. The Founder Package (Company Registration + Sofia Launchpad) saves €99 versus buying separately. The Starter Pack (Company Registration + Remote Operator) saves €30. Banking Assistance is also €50 cheaper when bundled with any package.

Yes. Our standard Virtual Office packages (Sofia Launchpad and Remote Operator) operate on their respective recurring terms (monthly or annually) and you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Note that removing your legal address will require you to register a new one with the commercial register to remain compliant.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. If you are purchasing as a non-EU resident or via an EU VAT-registered business (reverse charge), 0% VAT applies. Otherwise, standard Bulgarian VAT (20%) is added at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as bank transfers for annual or large payments.

All our partner accounting services require a minimum 3-month upfront commitment. This ensures enough time to onboard your company properly with the National Revenue Agency and establish compliant reporting systems.

Yes. All subscription plans are flexible. You can upgrade to a higher tier immediately, or downgrade at your next renewal date. There are no long-term lock-in contracts beyond the committed subscription period.

Yes. There is a one-time onboarding fee for accounting to cover the initial review of your company documents, prior-period reconciliation if applicable, and NRA registration setup. This is quoted separately from the monthly subscription.
